Element: Define sustainability improvement project
  • Review available data and information to determine purpose of project
  • Identify key stakeholders and seek their input on defining project
  • Read and interpret regulatory requirements to determine impact on project goals and activities
  • Clarify and confirm critical success factors for project with key stakeholders
  • Determine metrics that reflect sustainability goals and critical success factors
  • Source and review data to quantify the current state relevant to sustainability goals and critical success factors

Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
